Hello lovelies! So you are probably wondering things like, "Am I an empath?" or "Is this a normal feeling?"

Well I'm going to go over some things that might clear some stuff up. No, you're not crazy. You were born with the natural ability to connect with things emotionally on an intimate level. You know how some people are good at seeing into the future, seeing dead people, or even thinking about something before it happens? Well if you're empathic, you're kinda like that but instead it's processed as an emotion. It's like you're natural abilities specialize in... feelings!

Yep, everyone and even everything has emotions! They are either making emotions or have emotions attached to them. But if you can think about it, chances are it has an emotion. I'll go into how that is possible later. For now, you just need to know that you feel everything there is to feel! How about that? It is overwhelming, and it does affect you mentally, physically, spiritually and even emotionally. Here are some common symptoms to your sensitivity, and I will go over later how to overcome these things and how to control it.

*Note: These are all of the things that I can think of so this does not include everything!*

Mental

Confusion, Thoughts of Suicide and Other Disturbing Things, Nightmares, Odd Dreams

Physical

Headaches, Migraines, Randomly Tearing Up, A Lump in the Throat, Ringing in the Ears, Chest Pains, Stomach Pains, Nausea

Spiritual

A Feeling of Unease, Inner Restlessness

Emotional

A Sense of Being Overwhelmed, Anxiety, Depression, Bipolarity

This is not a full list and I will add more as needed. But please be sure to identify the difference between an actual condition and your empathic abilities. Most of these things will come from outside forces disturbing your inner peace. Make sure you are not suffering any actual internal damage before you come to the conclusion that it is because you are empathic. Some of things I have suffered personally and I know for sure that I'm not damaged because these things were in direct response to an emotional distress.
