I read somewhere that it was healthy for an empath (and everybody in general) to be outside in the morning to meditate/connect with something higher. I started doing this consistently for about a week. The past few days when I go out (I like to be outside around 7 or 8 a.m.) I've found that I can slip into an entirely different state quickly and go into it deeper each time. I begin to feel as if what I think is my "light body" pulsating, totally engulfed in unconditional love and acceptance. Does anyone else have anything like these experiences?

I will try as soon as possible,mornings are not my favorite parts of the day ahah,so maybe meditating outside will help :)

It's very useful and very enlightening once you get integrated into the process and have the hang of things. Practice is important-for a long time I wasn't able to meditate due to a lack of focus and confidence in myself. I have felt like that in the morning before, when I was a little bit younger. I'm not exactly an expert, but maybe if you practiced some grounding techniques, those feelings might slowly dissipate

Well, probably not to the awesome extent you have, but I know that the only thing that REALLY helps when I am feeling awful is going outside and being by trees.  :)
