I am not sure what it means, but there was a full moom last 4th of July.  I remember because the sky was red from all the sulfur from the fire works in my town and it look so cool and freeky.  I hope someone else can give you more info.

It means that there is a full moon on the 4th of July.

The full moon is very powerful.It effects most of the world.As far as being on July 4,I am sure the cops were out full force.In my area of the world,they call out extra cops.I was told that there is more crime during the full moon.Crazy,huh???
