Hi Doorma. Personally, I call it RECALIBRATING. Sorry I don't know what the real term for it is. I recalibrate myself (naturally) when driving on an open road. Watching a decent movie, having a good long walketc. I can actually feel myself get back in time (back in sync) with everything else. I think we need to 'zone out' of the speed we are travelling on to recalibrate.
I'm not bi-polar, but I understand what you say about being out of step. The synchronicities in life seem to occur when we are in the right time. It could be 'us' that speed up or slow down? Perhaps time stays the same, and we lose touch with it through our artificial lifestyles?
When we are in sync, things fall into place. Car parks open up. We meet people we need to see. It's all related to that 'go with the flow' theory I think. It's when we go against the flow that we lose our natural rythym and things go awry and then mistakes compound.
Interesting topic Doorma.
