I just dropped by to see if anyone else has stopped in to read or comment on this wonderfully written thesis! I'm shocked no one has commented on it yet. So I'll be the first (actually the second seeing is Bing posted this lol). I think EVERYONE here could benefit from reading this and it sheds a lot of light on the physical and/or scientific aspects of what it means to be an Empath. I've said it once and I'll say it again, thank you so much Elise! We are lucky and truly blessed to have you on our side

HI ya'll! So I'm wondering if there's a way to mssg people without having to add them to your friends list (not that I wouldn't mind adding everyone). You only get so many characters in that lil mssg box option when you send a friend request (no where near enough space to give a reading). I'm going to try and tackle a few of those requests but that's gonna end up being a WHOLE LOTTA friends -lol- :-D Any help is greatly appreciated!
I give up! I'm not getting frustrated anymore at being awaken suddenly at or around 3. I'm hoping some of you have suggestions on how to deal with this. Trying to get back to sleep just frustrates me. I consider myself to be in good health butI wake up with"aches"that are more along the lines ofannoying then painful. Just lying in bed does nothing for the situation, I feel like I should be "doing" something. Up until now I tried to stay away from the computer cause I don't need to get "distracted" but I'm starting to feel a lil desperate, a quality that I don't see eye to eye with. So my question(s) is/are this: How do I pass the time "productively", is there something I can do before bed to help the situation, and why does this seem to be happening to me now more than ever??????????
