I agree that meditation helps. My yoga practice and meditation are like a sanctuary for me.
I have always been the "go to" person for people's problems. I have to work really hard not to offer compassion, a listening ear, and empathy even when I know the person only contacts me for that reason.
The last week or so has been very trying. I have been exhausted. I could sleep all the time, which Is very unusual for me.
