I am writing this to ask for protection for all unbalanced and struggling Empaths. To watch over, and give guidance to those who are in need.
Give strength and Love, positivity and support... Good nights sleep and wonderful days full of divine light to all.

As soon as I started talking to my spiritguides. I also realized that I was the creator of my experience and it wasn't about the making the right choices, but to follow my heart and spirit.
I read a lot of vibrational living, the law of attraction, and about connecting to spirit guides. I learned to do mindfulness meditation. In the end, I saw that there was something much bigger, positive, wonderful, and that I was a part of it.
Positive thinking attracts positive things.
There was a shift in my consciousness. I became balanced almost overnight. I realized that I had a purpose. My life had meaning on a larger scale than what people thought if me. Ego was overtaken by spirit.
I love my life now.
I was the most unbalanced Empath there was. On meds for panic attacks which I had 30 times a day! Scared to go out, and much more.
Now, I'm not on any meds, I'm very balanced, have a path, and love life.
I owe a lot of this to the guidance from from spirit guides. I will forever be grateful for the guidance and love I have received
The key is not to block out anything, but to embrace it with control. What I mean is that you want to have them ON, butnlearn to filter the emotions properly. Compartmentalize. It takes focus, knowing how to center, and being at peace with who you are, and why you believe you here.
I am very perceptive. I can sense other peoples emotions upon walking into a room And at times it is more than enough to know what they are thinking.
I can sense when people are being honest or deceptive.
I am very sensitive to sound, and have incredible long range hearing. I am sensitive to bright light as well.
After e stress for years of being an unbalanced Empath, for me now being VERY balanced and helping others that unbalanced is a gift to me. On a personal level.
I have been embracing being an emapth for quite some time. Only in the last while have I been embracing a six sensory life' including developing my intuition and having a strong connection to my spirit guides.
The journey for me has been wonderful. I always felt like a had a purpose or there was a void inside me, like something was missing. I couldn't put my finger on what though. After several months of strong communication, guidance, and wonderful experiences, I know that what I longed for, was the connection I now have to my higher self, my spirit guides, and the universe.
I remember how life just was. It was just there... fate at times, and. coincidence at others.
Now that I know my guides are there and guiding me... that I am creating and co-creating my experience through the laws of attraction, and that anything is possible through expecting and living in a positive vibrational way... I don't think knowing what I know now, that I could be happy going back to the way things were, without these gifts from the universe.
Would any of you want to live in a world again, the way it was before "KNOWING" or "BEING" and experiencing life the way we do now?
I have developed quite a trusting relationship with my spirit guides and angels.... but my guardian angel and I have a very trusting relationship. He is the only one of my guides or angels that I have asked and been given a name for.
I'll be honest, I have quite the imagination and could of come up with a really flashy name is make him sound "Cool", but I decided I wanted him to tell me.

My name is Mike. I am an empathy and an intuitive. I am in constant contact with my spirit guides, and have developed a few other abilities along the way.
My question is this:
I LEARNED TO DEVELOP MY INTUITION, SPIRIT GUIDE COMMUNICATION, AND OTHER SKILLS... IS IT THE SAME WITH MEDIUMSHIP? IF I DO THE APPROPRIATE MEDITATIONS AND "TECHNIQUUES", LIVE BY CERTAIN LAWS AND GUIDLINES, IS IT POSSIBLE TO GET AS GOOD AT COMMUNICATING WITH A DECEASED PERSON AS OTHER SKILLS?
I can relate very much to all these feelings. I was on clonazapam for 8 years because of my anxiety. I couldn't even o outside. The thing is that empathy is a gift when balanced, and as much as it hurt to have anxiety, with meds, I was suppressing the gift.
I went against what my doctor told me, and quit cold turkey(not safe).
When I starting educating myself about high vibrational living, communication with my spirit guides and other techniques to lower my anxiety, it went away, and I could function and I haven't had an attack in years. It was all about getting away from negativity that helped.
I used to think I was dying when I would have my attacks.
I want anyone to know that in my opinion anxiety and being an unbalanced empah are almost the same thing in my opinion. As soon as I learned to balance myself, my anxiety went away. I'm convinced that all the emotions I would sponge would give me an ovefload , and give me these attacks. That and the fact I used to analyze EVERYTHING?

I agree with all thRose methods and ideas.
I actually went through the process of filtering out all negative people from my life. It sounds harsh, but at this point in my life, I'm ina position where I can get away from negativity and have my own place no one can get to. Years ago, I always had people in my space, and just couldn't cope with that.
I do mindfulness meditation, and learning this sort fmeditatoon, really teaches you how to breath. I am more calm and grounded after a good 15 minutes of meditation. I am also very connected to my higher self and spirit guides... and that alone makes me feel VERY safe, and therefore comfortable, protected and secure in this moment of my life.

First thing to do is read the empath survival program's to show you how to tune out other peoples energies.
Another thing is intention. You need to be able to ask for guidance from the universe, and if you feel comfortable, your spirit guides. its important that you EXPECT to be guided and helped. Asking for guidance is only half the battle. You have to expect to be guided and then act on it.
Make a habit of of asking before bed, for the universe or guides to clear you of all negative energy. When you get up in the morning, ask to be guided in the best way to have a great day and expect ithen act on it.
There's a saying people say "fake it until you make it"
At first being guided by spirit guides and the universe may seem silly' , so you feel weird about it and have to take a leap of faith. But the more you communicate, the more you see that you are in control of your own life, and its not silly to ask for guidance. Try asking for guidance ffrom spirit guides for week straight and I guarantee you will see that if you ask for guidance you will receive it.
Start small. Ask to for the bus to come on time, ,or there be to delays in traffic , or to have a parking space available to you. Then when you feel comfortable, ask for things a bit bigger in your life.
This is techniques I use. You may not feel comfortable speaking yet to your guides. But I will tell you this... they're waiting to guide you. They're there all the time, and its their purpose to help.
I used to get 30 anxiety attacks a day, couldn't function insociety , was scared to go out, had nightmares, sponged everyone's emotions and was always tired, and much more. Now I have none of that. I can even help others now with what I once called my burden, but now call my gift.
I use Black Tourmaline. My favorite crystal. Fends off negativity, it grounds me and is a protection stone at the same time.
You are emotionally unguarded. Its hard to differentiate between your emotions and others at first.
Start by adding some protection to your day. Prayer is a great way... If you speak to spirit guides. If you don't, or feel uncomfortable with it, then pray go the creator or the universe to send you some positive energy. You can also protect yourself by shield. Envision a golden white light surrounding your whole body, use you intention to reenforce it, also adding auric protection. To know more on shields there is a lot of information online.
I use protection crystals as well. My favorite is black tourmaline. I don't go anywhere without it. Ask your guides or the universe to clear all negative energy from you a night, and let you sleep with peace. Ask to wake up refreshed and with positive vibration and energy .
The greatest protection, grouding and help for me comes from my healer guides and guardian angel.
The most important thing you can do right now, for someone that is being malled and sponging other people!es emoons and energies, is learn to ground yourself and to "turn down the volume" of others. There are techniques to help you accomplish this.

I get nightmares once and while, but used to get them bad all the time. A lot of my night terrors could not even be remembered as people and places, but as SOLID NEGATIVE emotions. Sometime accompanied by color and or shapes, but mostly just terrible feelings.
People would ask me what the were about, but I couldn't explain, as it was the feeling that was the terror.
I learned to clear my energy of negativity before bed, as well as ask for help from my spirit guides to aide with the process. I balance and ground myself now, and use crystals for protection.
I used to get a feeling similar to that all the time, and occasional get it still.
Through mindfulness meditation, and others techniques suc as balancing my cakras, I learned to ground myself and be more centered.
I also found that when I obtained my first crystal, for grounding, it also made things "easier"
Over the years, I have trained myself through knowledge and from mentors, how to balance and ground myself.
Soon after the death of my wife I began a journey towards sixth sensory living including meditation, higher vibrational attunement, including spirit guide communication and intuitive trainings. Most oftis journey has been from hundreds hours of audio books with authors such as Sonia Choquette(she's my hero). The point is that my journey has been alone, and without guidance, so any abilities or methods have been experience first hand, not knowing if mostthins are normal or not.
My goal is to be an empathic intuitive Healer, but I need a lot more input and experiences from OTHERS, as everything I have accomplished or experienced has bee a personal journey, and want others to tell me or their experiences, so that I may have more guidance and WISDOM to where I am going.
A library of such nature that you speak of is a great idea, and I hope that I may have access to many experiences to help me on my journey of enlightenment.
To communicate with your spirit guides, first you must get a higher vibration. Spirits are on a very high vibrational plane, and they you need to first sort of meet them halfway. They are always there... In fact they're waiting for us communicate and ask for guidance. Its their purpose. We must believe, and then EXPECT.
Its not enough to wait and hope. When we ask for guidance or commumication, we must expect for it. This goes hand in hand with the law of attraction. Speak directly to your guides, and know they are communicating.
There any many different types of guides too. Runners, Helpers, Healers, Teachers, etc... All waiting to help us. You can never ask for help too much.
My suggestion, along with mindfulness meditation, is to think of yourself as a spirit, with a direct link to your higher self and spirit guides. Speak to your guides everyday, and expect that they will guide you. I promise you, if you ask your guides to help, they will.
