That's o.k.! Between life and keeping up with what posts you responded to when, it can understandably take awhile to get back in touch sometimes:)
How are things going?
K & Lightworker,
I just came across this post about EAGALA and am a horse person who has never heard of this, but it sound interesting!
I know that this is an old post, but I am wondering if either of you have actually been certified and participated in this since you first posted this.
If so, what can you tell me about your experiences? I would love to hear about them:)
The other thing you can do is try to see if you can correct whatever imbalances in your immune system may be causing your body's inflammatory response to cat hair and dander.
One way to do this (if you have health insurance) is to go to the doctor and get allergy tests. Then the doctor can recommend treatment, such as medication or something else, which would hopefully make it possible for you to pet cats without developing allergic reactions anymore.
Hope this helps!
I'm glad that I could help I'm also interested in finding out how everyone else copes/heals/releases.
You can find pietersite beads, tumbled stones, pendants, etc. on ebay and etsy for some really good prices if you don't find it at the gem show.
Also, another stone that I have no experience with yet but that sounds helpful and that I am thinking of trying soon is peridot, which cleanses the heart and solar plexus chakras, and actually can help them merge into one giant chakra:)
Does anyone here have any experience with peridot?
I hope that I am not intruding. I have been following this thread, waiting for the right time to jump in and feel like I should now.
Without going into too many specifics since I do not want to take the focus off of you and everyone else who is trying to heal, I can relate to some of your experiences, and have had to do a lot of emotional healing, too!!!! When I feel an emotional blockage or realize that one of my past emotional traumas is interfering with my well-being and needs to be released, I reach for Pietersite to help me initiate the process.
The only way that I have been able to heal myself emotionally is to emotionally cleanse/detox myself and work through the issues as they come up. I started wearing pietersite (a stone), which is excellent for emotional cleansing!!! I will warn you though: there are times when you will feel emotionally volatile wearing pietersite, and raw, but it is worth it to cry it out, think through it, and release it, without dwelling on it!!!
Also, keeping your chakras balanced, especially your root and solar plexus chakras, is very important for recovery!!! Grounding is also essential! When your solar plexus and root chakras are balanced, it is easier to work through the emotions and traumatic experiences and remove the blame from yourself. It will also help you shed some of the lasting insecurity and feelings of inadequacy that comes with being a victim of an abusive parent.
Asking for the help of Archangel Michael (protection), Archangel Raphael (physical and emotional healing) and Archangel Uriel (wisdom/knowledge, how to, help, work on forgiveness) is hugely beneficial Reiki is also hugely helpful, as is acupuncture!
I just wanted to pipe in and share some things that have helped me, that I continue to use when I feel that it is neccessary:)
No. I mean that I heard it clairaudiently, I think...or maybe it was residual sound that I heard.
I don't think Paul was playing it right at that moment. I think that I happened to pick up on the sound waves that are still somewhere in the universe:)
This has taken some time and I am still trying to figure out what some of the "clues" that I received while tuning in really mean.
So far, I think that Fly-Robin-Fly was correct about the bowl having water in it. From what I understand, the bowl was actually created from and for, "magic and alchemy".
The bowl, if partially filled with water and then played, would create standing waves in the water, which would create an observable pattern that could charge the water with specific frequencies and then be consumed, to energize, revitalize and ultimately achieve spiritual enlightenment. Please see this interesting video/description I found: http://forum.alchemyforums.com/showthread.php?3316-Water-charged-with-Tibetan-Singing-Bowl
I also feel like the first "letter" on the singing bowl may have something to do with the standing waves that are created by playing singing bowls. I feel like all singing bowls were created after a standing wave was observed on Lhamo Lhatso, a sacred Lake in Tibet.
I also feel that, while the bowl was being forged, the om mantra was somehow embedded in it (if that makes sense).
All of this does not explain the 13th Dalai Lama's connection to the bowl - I asked for information about the connection and instead received clues that pointed me in a different direction:)
I agree with you and really feel like this beautiful singing bowl was a gift from Thubten Gyatso to the Japanese couple - thanks for posting the picture by the way:)
I am going to meditate on this picture, as well as the bowl again, and see what else comes to mind:)
I think that the original owner of the singing bowl was the 13th Dalai Lama
This is a big stretch, but I think that he was the first owner and somehow the Japanese couple ended up with it while he was still alive (died in 1933), possibly as a gift.
That is really interesting about the Japanese funeral rites, as well as the parallel between Usui history, WWII and what the bowl must have been used for.
Also, I listened to the singing bowl from the clip, and the notes from the clip say it's tone is C5 I think. For whatever reason, I kept thinking I was hearing this bowl and I kept thinking of "C", even though I don't really know what a "C" sounds like per se I think that the previous owner wants to be recognized, like you were saying.
I was just kidding about the wolves:)
Thank you for giving some more background info and the web site. That also had some good background info and history, which was very helpful and interesting.
Since I meditated, every time I look at the pictures of the singing bowl, I keep getting a strange sensation/pain in my throat, so I am pretty sure that either the last owner had some sort of throat ailment, or died of some type of wound or injury involving the throat. World War 2 keeps popping into my mind, as well as the 14th Dalai Lama.
That's all for now:)
I think that the person who owned this singing bowl before you, Paul, was a Japanese reiki master. I may be way off, but this is what I got. I also think that it is originally from Nepal, handmade and greater than 50 years old.
Now that I have thrown myself to the wolves, I am wondering what others think:)
Not all empaths feel physical pain, just like not all empaths can sense/feel earthquakes happening somewhere else in the world, but some can.
The fact that you can internally and externally feel someone's emotions and aura makes you an empath/clairsentient Not all empaths are introverts, or are healers, or are shy.
Go easy on yourself and allow your left brain to take a break from time to time The more you try to rationalize/analyze your abilties and your their development, the more difficult it is to experience them! I have had to remind myself this everyday, but it really does help open things up.
Thanks for posting this, Elise:)
Even though I can confidently say I am able to at least transmute others' physical pain into positive energy and release it, I still have issues with shielding myself from others' emotions and not realizing immediately that they are not mine.
I have tried many different types of shields, and some are effective from a distance but do not work when I am in closer proximity to others. Others shields will sometimes work perfectly and other times will not work at all.
I look forward to reading more of your posts and will, in the meantime, study your Resource Page for Empaths.
Thank you, and I send you positive pink love light and positive green healing light:)
I have a couple of questions for you: Do you consider yourself to be a visually oriented person? Is seeing believing for you?
A lot of us in general tend to have a fear of the unknown, and I think that might be the anxiety/feeling of doom that you are experiencing at the thought of seeing something. When you see something with your physical eyes, it is cemented into your reality.
The thought of having to potentially re-live a sight that you may find unpleasant, overstimulating, scary or even unbearable to see is what makes fear of the unknown such a factor in our lives.
This is my take on it and I hope it helps:)
using a pendulum for "yes" & "no" questions -http://askyourpendulum.com/How_to.asp#step5
This is a link I just found that explains how to use a pendulum, just in case this is new to you. It also explains what to do to make sure that the pendulum is getting answers from your higher self and not just your subconscious.
These are two ways that have worked for me, but this is an area that others can definitely elaborate on and add more info to.
Hope this helps:)
Sorry I left you hanging again
I tend to see disruptions/holes in auras when I am around a lot of crystals, when I am under softer fluorescent light (I have no idea why - I have just started noticing this happens in stores with softer fluorescent lighting - LOL) and softer lit rooms in general, especially at night. Bright lighting tends to distract my eyes too much, I think:)
I am an empath - I feel others' emotions and physical pain. Not all empaths, though, feel physical pain. There are so many different types/combinations of empaths, which I think is really cool My husband is also extremely logic - oriented and is also an empath - LOL!!! I tend to really try to logically think things through, too, but over-thinking can really make developing abilities that much more difficult and stressful!!!!
The reason why you can feel your clairsentience open up when your left brain relaxes is because you are finally allowing your right brain unrestricted access. You need to be able to stop using your left brain to allow your right brain to function. So your chill exterior does not reveal the inner workings of a deep, critical thinker, huh?
I have noticed that closing my eyes, using ear buds and meditation to binaural beats is awesome!!!! This really clears my chakras and raises my vibrations Also, listening to someone playing or a recording of someone playing crystal bowls really clears my chakras and raises my vibrations, too!!!
I also found a chakra tune-up meditation on youtube that is quick, easy and fun (if you like to sing)https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=F8kwc1lkiAQ
I feel your pain!!!! I'm in the same boat - things come and go:(
What I've been told is that the more you have confidence in your abilities and stop doubting yourself, the more consistent you will get, assuming that you are practicing/trying to develop your abilities.
Nothing is easy - it all takes practice and discipline - but you are supposed to have fun, too
Some healers are given "clues" that they are healers even before they have become awakened empaths. Everyone's experiences are unique, but here are some that might help:
I hope this little list helps! Everyone's experiences are unique but these are some common experiences of people who are first discovering that they are healers I have probably left out a lot of other symptoms and not every healer experiences all of these symptoms.
Sorry to leave you hanging!
Stones do vibrate, just like everything else has a vibration. I have also been told that stones have a sort of consciousness as well.
Yes, people can actually feel stones - ask other empaths on here and they will tell you. Not all stones feel the same, though, and while you may be quite sensitive to one type of stone or crystal, you may not feel another one at all! Also, even if you can't feel the stone buzzing in your hand does not mean it is not affecting you. Meditating with a stone in your hand will help you feel the energies of it if you are having a difficult time feeling it. Stones also have an aura as well, which is hard to see, I think, unless the stones are in need of cleansing and then the auras become darker and are easier to see. When people hold stones or wear them, they may feel a buzzing. Depending on what type of metal your jewelry was made of, you might have felt the vibrations of the metal as well!
I don't feel like I shield against positive emotions, but when I do shield really effectively (it's rare) I am able to be in a group without experiencing overstimulation and absorbing everyone's physical problems/pains and emotions. I still experience the good, but I don't get so deeply affected by the negative. I have found ways to shield that work pretty well unless I get really close to someone (next to them) and then I still tend to absorb everything!
How do you think that you over shield? Do you block all feelings out, or just the negative?
I think that you are right about the lack of balance - LOL! I have noticed that chakra clearing meditations tend to help me get more balanced, though. Do they help you too?
I am not sure about the other days of the week yet, but to me, Monday is a misty mix of red of and fucia, accompanied by the glass-shattering high G note above C ! After this long and exhausting week is over, I can share the rest:)
Thanks for the inspiration, CCat - LOL!
It is very easy for others (especially non-empaths) to remove themselves from your shoes (LOL) without realizing it and forget how much emotional investment goes into a friendship, and how deep those feelings can run To me it does not make someone emotionally unintelligent if they feel the need to express their emotions out loud! I think it makes them a healthier individual!
Once again, most of society, especially men, are conditioned to keep their emotional responses to themselves, but we know what that can lead to....implosions, explosions, breakdowns, addictions, you name it...
I'm so sorry that your friend was horribly cruel to you and you have every right to experience and express every emotion that comes up!
I do not think that having to express your emotions out loud makes you emotionally unintelligent.
This has made me very sad and, in fact, every time I keep coming to this post to try and write a reply, I literally run away! I can feel all of the emotions radiating off of it and feel like we need to take all of this sadness, anger, frustration, dissillusion and transmute it into something that is going to pull all of us out of this situation that has created Hell on Earth for us. We need to send loving, healing energy/light to Cecil's soul and help him heal;if we do this we will also heal ourselves in the process.
Regardless of whatever the rest of the world decides, we can make a decision to heal the victim, Cecil, and to heal our broken hearts. Change starts with us, on many different levels. We can sign the petitions (which I have - thank you for making me aware of it, Cat), we can heal, we can make the impossible possible!!!!
Congratulations and do not doubt yourself!!!! Instead, take the time to learn more about healing and to practice. Like others on here have said, it sounds like you are a natural:)
I send you positive pink love light and positive green healing light and wish you luck!!!!
I have just prayed to Archangel Rafael on your dog's behalf and have asked that he go peacefully in his sleep, as you wish. I have also asked for him to receive positive green healing light, to help ease his pain.
My heart goes out you and I send you positive pink love light and positive green healing light!
I am now wearing my moldavite ring all of the time, but when I first got it, it was too strong for me to wear all of the time and I had to get used it, because moldavite is such a high vibration stone.
I think that my difficulty in seeing auras all of the time probably has to do with where my vibrational state will be at any given time and also the fact that I still tend to struggle with shielding and rely too much on transmuting energy and releasing it after I have already taken someone else's energy in. Sometimes that gets a little messy, I think, and I tend to clog up my chakras often and then I have to cleanse and balance them a whole lot. When my chakras are clear and balanced though, I will see auras where the light is more dim, and I will often see holes/disruptions in people's auras - I really think that the ability to see auras, or any abilities for that matter, really only show up or work their best when we are at our best, but I could be wrong....
Thanks for the kind words about the Reiki I really enjoy it and find that Reiki (since you channel life force while you are doing Reiki) raises my vibration a lot and this is why I am seeing auras so much when I am doing Reiki, as well as the holes/disruptions and the areas that I need to work on. Reiki attunements also open your chakras more, so they open you up to these experiences more:)
I do not only see auras and holes/disruptions in auras when I am doing Reiki, but
Thank You I found the video by typing in Reptilians Exist Here's why part 6, like you suggested.
After watching this, I am going to have to do some more browsing on You Tube Thank you for the info!
I am also able to feel energy from stones/crystals when I hold them, as are many empaths, I think. I have not been an awakened empath for very long (a few months and was delighted when I first felt the energy). If you enjoy and are passionate about stones and crystals, this just deepens your connection to them, and to the earth as well! I am also left-handed, but I feel the energy stronger in my right palm, which would normally be a lefty's receiving hand, while the left hand would be the giving hand (that's what I've been told anyways). From what you say, though, this must not always be the case:)
If you are enjoying your newly felt sensitivity for the energy of the stones/crystals, I would recommend meditation with crystals/stones. It opened me up spiritually and it may do the same for you, if that is what you are seeking!
Enjoy your journey and your stones and crystals.
As you begin your journey as an awakened empath, you start to notice your sensitivity, in general, increase, and your senses also become much more sensitive
It said that the video was unavailable but if I find it, I'll share the link.
Thanks for the info and the you tube link, C.Cat I'm going to take a look:)
Recognizing what emotions are mine has been a challenge for me too, but what has helped me the most has been transmuting energy. I say to myself, "If this emotion is not mine, I intend to transmute it into positive pink love light and send it back to where it came from!" If I am in more of a healing mood or the emotion feels more physical to me, I will intend to transmute the energy into positive green healing light instead. While I am stating my intention, I will feel almost butterflies in my heart, that lift through my throat and come out when I exhale - this is how I send away the transmuted energy.
Sometimes, especially with anxiety or anger, it takes me a few tries, but as long as I make myself focus, it always works The hardest part is just maintaining focus, but once you learn how to do it and focus, it is a very helpful tool.
THe other thing that helps me balance out my energy in general is chakra clearing/balancing meditation. Energy work, such as acupuncture and reiki are also good "tune ups":)
Good Luck and Welcome!
Hi C. Cat,
I don't mean to ask a silly question, but I really don't know and am a little confused about the Dracos on Earth: Do they stay underground or do they walk among us and we just cannot see them because they of their vibrational rate?
Also, I just wanted to say that your home planet sounds amazing and I would love to hear more about it, as I'm sure everyone else would:)
I wish that I could have expressed myself the way that Chay just did:)
- I just want to pipe in and say that, as intelligent as you are, it makes this decision even more difficult for you to make because, while you are already incredibly warm, sensitive, caring and loving, your incredible cognitive capability also causes you to over - analyze the situation with your left brain:)
Everyone who recommended meditation must have had this in mind and it makes a lot of sense to me too, so that you can connect the heart and the mind and come to a balanced decision that sets your mind at ease and lightens your heart at the same time:)
I agree with Waxing Gibbous Something similar happened to me at the gas station a couple of months ago. A pregnant lady driving a mini man, with a young child in the car asked me for money to - she said she had no money but had some money left on a calling card and tried to exchange it with me for cash but I told her to keep the calling card, gave her some cash and felt like something wasn't quite right about the situation, but hopefully everything would work out for the best.
Like Waxing Gibbous, it was a pay it forward type of situation for me, too:)
What I have read so far on your site I have really enjoyed and I have found extremely helpful - it has shed some light for me on some things that I have wondered about for a long time and I am grateful to you for having given me the answers to some of my most perplexing questions
There is so much fascinating info on there and I am not finished yet, so I have to keep reading...
