Introduction to EFT

For those who don't know about EFT also known as Tapping here is a short video explaining what it is. I do it daily and it helps me so much. This can be done to help with anxiety, fear, worry, sadness, illness any and everything you can think of. I have also attached a tapping meditation to get you started in case you wanted to try it.
