In recently speaking to my therapist about trying to not be affected by everyone's issues 24/7, she suggested I start by trying to envision a mental shield that will block me from the personal burdens of others, and stop the negative energy from draining me.
I just want to ask if anyone's ever tried this or something of the sort? If so, did it work? If not, do you think it would work?
I'd recommend looking into you. What works for you may not work for someone else & vice versa.
