We spend so much time hurting that it's easy to get "lost" in there. Everywhere we turn, it's painful.

That's when it matters most to get your head back on straight with some EFT. It clears the mind and cleanses the emotions, so you can get a fresh start, at least for that day.

Take 5 minutes to tap along with me, see if it can take some of the heaviness away.

No experience necessary!

EFT is great for ridding ourselves of emotions that get stuck, and for clearing the aura. There is also TFT, which is similar. Thanks for sharing!

I am in need of learning. I have spent my entire life, 57 years, feeling different, strange and misunderstood. I could write an essay on the emotions that have caused me pain and those that make me fly. It's the emotions that make me happy that are the very ones that set me apart from family and friends. I've always been the strange one but never in a mean spirited way. Just different. I can't wait to get more involved in the discussions and groups.

EFT is great and everything, but I've found it's not always necessarily needed. Personally, I've experienced many pains that I could "push" out of my body myself.

I don't really know how to explain it, and I don't know if anybody else would really know what I'm talking about if I tried... but I will try anyways. It's actually sort of the opposite approach from EFT... you decide you are not going to accept it (the pain), and you use your own energy to push the pain out of your system. I wish I could explain it better, but unfortunately, that's all I've got :/

For what it's worth, I used to consider myself a chronic pain patient... back pain and hip pain mostly. I, too, do not like taking medicines unless I feel it is absolutely necessary. I do try to stretch throughout the day and try to do all the physical things that I can do to take care of my body; and I make it a point to focus energy into paying attention to my body as well. I also make sure that I keep my thoughts in check... classify the irrational thoughts that pop into my head as whatever cognitive distortions they are, and then combat those thoughts with genuine truth... make sure my mind really is seeing the bigger picture and having a healthier, more balanced mindset. Having good mental health is essential for pushing out the pain. It is my personal opinion that mental health and physical health can go hand in hand sometimes. Claiming ownership of your own body and your thoughts is very empowering. As an empath, other people's feelings and thoughts are constantly being absorbed. I've had to learn to draw boundaries and when to push those types of thoughts and feelings out as well. I refuse to take ownership of them because they're not mine. My own thoughts and emotions are enough for me to try to keep tabs on, lol. Whatever these foreign thoughts and feelings come from belongs to those beings, and it is NOT for me. I've kind of rambled a lot, but I hope I've made some sense. And keep in mind, too, that we're not all cookie cutter people. Different techniques work for different people. There's no one size fits all method ;)

I'm glad to see that the EFT was a good method for you! If it works for you, keep it up!

I agree, but didn't have a clue how to, until I first experienced doing so and using this method, and also the Emotion Code for ancestral DNA negative energies. Some things can get really stuck, and for those, I think EFT is extremely helpful. Childhood traumas tucked away for forty years, even if you really want to rid yourself, just won't budge with out a sort of ritual way to do it. Dealing daily with any negative emotion is easy to consciously feel, learn from, and then release before they settle into the body.Maybe this is why folks say, "it's best not to go to bed angry or upset?" Learn to really feel it as you let it go.

Healing energy is healing energy. Mine looks like rainbows. Come to find out, so does others. It is wonderful to have healing energy streaming to you from those who know how and no matter what it's been labeled.

However, it's tantamount to placing a bandaid on a gunshot wound, taking viagra for erectile dysfunction. or taking any other medication that only alleviates symptoms. It heals nothing, even if you feel better and stronger for a while. While we feel stronger and better, our issues and ailments need to be addressed in a whole other manner, or as you stated, there is a need for repeated energy healing. You should continue identifying and tapping out, that which does not serve you, while you are feeling stronger. Eventually, you will have no need to Tap or pay for long distance energy from anyone. No one can blast out or get rid of, that which we and our ancestors stored within us. It must be dealt with consciously and released. Once you practice these things enough, it's easy enough to receive, deal with, and release emotions that are harmful and as we experience them.

Permission to heal or not, there are things within that our subconscious won't release under certain conditions. We, ourselves, still must maintain and be responsible for our own health. All types of energy healing work to an extent, and I would not discredit any method. The fact one must go back to any healer again and again and to heal the same issue, should tell us something.Tell you what. Try looking at other things. Maybe the Emotion Code by Dr Bradley Nelson. Rainbow energy healing. Reiki has several forms of energy healing. I've experienced a couple of types of energy healing. It is beautiful to see it coming at you, by the way. Don't think anything in my life gave me such a sense of wonderment.Believe it or not, we ourselves can acknowledge what is within and release these things for ourselves as long as our subconscious will allow us to. Your subconscious is the only director of that. We must replenish and heal from what we release and are healing from at times, before our subconscious will agree to release more. So, please know, I understand the concepts, the rituals and steps, and even that energy healers know more about how and why what they do, works as it does. All are legitimate and helpful. We, however, heal ourselves with the help of those who know how to manipulate healing energies. One way, no matter how long and hard it is studied, or even how long it has been around, and not to discredit what anyone's beliefs are, is not the best or better for all. Not understanding for ourselves why we feel better or why we must keep doing something in order to feel better, solves nothing. I don't believe in vicious cycles, so I don't jump on any hamster wheel. I look for paths that keep me going in any direction, but never round and round in circles.I am thrilled that anyone is ever relieved of any aches and pains, or even potential energies that are harmful and get lodged within. It doesn't matter the technique that is used, because energy is energy. The mind is more powerful than you know, so rely on that. Do some more looking, because what is true to you in this moment could change at any time.Don't believe me or anyone else, ever again. We can get stuck that way as well. I apologize if I seemed flip about your preferred method, but how long have you studied and practiced what you believe is the end all of healing and what else have you studied? I've looked at, tried, experienced wonderful things from each, and studied a few of them. I'm still going and you might wish to as well, rather than declare one of these methods the winner. It's an insult to those here who practice otherwise, hon.Truly, you will discover that a little of this way plus a little of some complete other way, turns out to be what is actually true for you and works. Keep going and discredit nothing that works for others. It might blow up in your face just as I now feel your dismay, because I did not choose my words more carefully. My bad, and I apologize. What supposedly works for one, truly may not be the one answer that is needed by another. My experiences I share are my truths, so don't believe me, but don't believe your truth is better for all, especially if you stop looking or believe your truth is best. This is where religions screwed up. Insisting their way was better than another. Don't ya think?I am truly thrilled you are excited and elated about what you found. I am happy you feel better when it is applied. I only ever want others to feel better.

Sweetie,

I find myself playing mediator a lot of the time. Even empaths have issues with EGO, nasty little bugger that Ego is. LOL Seeing big pictures as I do and being protective as I am, warranted or not....I do the best I can with what I got to smooth out wrinkles and scare off hiccups I see and even feel in the writing of others. Disagreeing is not defensive on my part, but I am really wordy. LOL

And yes, I've read about and heard wonderful things about Qigong. The medical field, is a whole other banana, and if you don't know how a pill really works, please do not ingest it. Chances are in favor that any pill used for any intent has the probability of either immediately or at some point, causing issues that might seem totally unrelated to whatever the first issue was. I kid you not, and have watched as others take on, one med after another, due to the symptoms of what the first helpful pill causes. I could tell you horror stories of just what I have been through and what I have witnessed. So, I suggest that no one give blind faith to another, unless it's a medical emergency and there is no time to figure out all the harm that any medicine, which may or may not make you feel better temporarily, can actually do. But I'm no expert, just really observant or something.

I get the excitement.. I truly do! :-) I get it every time something is revealed as better or more true, It feels miraculous and we wanna sing glory hallelujah and share this truth far and wide. Finally, we found some answers that are true. After living all our lives not questioning even the nag we had within. I feel kinda like an idiot, if ya want the real truth. LOL

Like pills, "to date", are the key words. No study or no effort is great! But again, religions, medicine, and experts make me wish to look deeper and harder. I choose to no longer partake of blind faith, and understand that I gotta make an effort, even if others feel differently. We will all choose to go about it differently, and I do not judge. The two words I say the most are, "I understand." Believe it or not....I do. :-)
