I've had a lot thrown at me these past few months and its really been bringing me the point of depression because I dont know how to deal with everything. The only time I feel even partly at peace its when I'm at work cause I'm usually by myself and have time to think or when I'm sleeping. I guess I'm looking for some sort of advice on coping techniques. I don't know if its because I feel everything and I live with my very large family and I'm picking up on all the different emotions or its my own feelings. I'm still extremely new to this empath thing and I haven't had anyone to help guide me...
