Where do I start? A little history have had digestive issues in the past...mostly all my life. I am very in tune with my body and can pretty much diagnose with accuracy what is wrong. My family is worried about my constant nausea/vomiting episodes. I can regulate these attacks with my diet but they insisted I go to the doc. Years ago I had a major pancreas attack that put me in the hospital for a week. Lately, I have been getting sick after eating mostly meals at restaurants or when I eat greasy foods. I have had various blood tests in the past after theses episodes, nothing found. Even went to the hospital on one occasion...again nothing. These attacks have been happening a lot since April. No big deal, I have found with altering my diet and eating more natural foods and not eating "junk". I suspect it is a spiritual issue rather than a physical one. If it is physical I feel it is either my pancreas or gall bladder. It is almost like my body is telling me what is not good for me and rebelling. Anyhow, I appeased my family and went to a digestive specialist. He told me it is most likely IBS? He totally overlooked the fact that my main concern is the vomiting which isn't an IBS symptom. Dors anyone else out there get frustrated with knowing what is going on but yet the docs don't seem to believe you. This is not the first time I have had trouble with misdiagnosis. Still leaning toward possible side affect of Ascention. Thanks for letting me vent....sorry for the rant. Any thoughts or similar experiences?

I have had stomach problems all my life.  Stomach spasms or what they call "a nervous stomach".

My oldest son is the same way

my mom (so not an Empath) started throwing up in her 30's.  It was everyday.  She had stomach ulcers for years.  She passed away due to pancreas cancer 5 years ago.   She had her gallbladder taken out 9 months prior to her death and the doctor seen her liver was infected and looked unusual but did not look further into it.  Just ask her after the surgery if she had liver problems.   She only lived three months after finding out she had cancer.

But..she was addicted to lorcets pain pills and the ingridents could have caused the cancer.   She also knew what foods not to eat and she ate them anyway.

She was a pill addict due to her doctors. She thought she couldn't live with a little pain so she took many pills a day.   When a doctors would tell her he was taking her off a certain pill, she would change doctors.  Sad.

The wanting to feel numb constancley had to be something spiritual.   I think anyway.

I'm sorry your going though this, Cat.   Please don't take a doctors explanation for your sickness if it doesn't feel correct.

Get a second opinion.

I used to have the worst digestion in the world, is your stomach constantly bloated? And do you have terrible indigestion? Have to tried any herbs to help with this? I really like ginger, turmeric + black pepper extract, probiotics. It could also be do to your chakras being off.

Hi...I used to think it was food causing my ibs and vomiting. ....now I have doubts about that....last week I was just finishing eating....and it was  a stew I made...home made...nothing bad in it at all...so...as i'm eating I suddenly felt sick to my stomach...and rushed to the bathroom... and of course I vomited up everything...but the thing is... I felt it came from outside my body.. not from the food.....like someone punched me in the gut....and the floor my feet were standing on was full of this energy that felt sharp and my feet hurt and I felt like it was THAT energy that was causing me to vomit....not my food....the same with my ibs..  it hits at specific times....just before work...even tho I haven't eaten much or anything that would cause me irritation....suddenly I feel like a punch in my gut and wham...I have to rush to the bathroom. ...it happens quite regularly....I also changed my diet quite a few times...I don't eat a lot of bread as that causes me discomfort....I know which foods irritate me naturally and don't eat a lot of it at any given time...so this 'illness' doesn't fit somehow

So this is what's happening to me at the moment...I haven't eaten today....yet I started feeling nauseous round 5 pm my time....as i'm preparing food for the week...so I haven't eaten anything to make me feel sIck. ..and being hungry does not make me feel sick....not at all....I don't have an ulcer....so...I heated up my dinner...and the energy I was feeling sick about seemed to hover over my counter where I prepare food....also I came into the livingroom and felt an energy on the floor in front of my chair which wasn't there earlier...and as i'm sitting here eating....everytime I put something in my mouth I feel sick...and the food hasn't even reached my stomach. ...so.....this is not normal...and that's what I do to when things don't add up...so I sprayed the counter and the floor with my spray bottle and the energy dissipated....so it's not a normal 'illness'

Thanks for all of the input. @Karen2, your problems is what is making me think this is more of a energy thing rather than physical. I also know the foods that trigger the episodes, however, sometimes it hits me when I have not eaten. Those, in particular feel like I'm gonna die...nausea, vomiting, sweats with chills, the pain is so bad it causes labored breathing. This will happen for about an hour or two, then as mysteriously as it came, it will leave as if I was never sick at all. I have found that when I get these and use my crystals, it goes away....but I'd it is food related, the crystals don't help.

Ok....i'm gonna just ask questions....is there any one place that you feel worse...or better?....in your home....I assume this happens at home?...does it happen when your out?....you did say it happens AFTER you eat out?...but does it start while eating out...or when u get home?....I know when i'm sitting in my chair is usually when it hits me....when I get up and go outside I feel better ....it seems to clear up...then when I come back into the house back to the chair it starts up again....that's when I usually notice the awful energy on the floor...coming thru my feet...I personally believe you and your thinking it's not a normal occurrence. ...walk around your house and just feel around....see if you can notice any odd vibrations coming from somewhere....oh...and does it happen at the same time everyday?...or is there a variation?...keep tabs on the schedule of these attacks....maybe what's happening to you and what's happening to me are related in some way... also...if you have any ceder sweetgrass and white sage...mix a bit of each into a spray bottle...let steep...spray the inside of your mouth...and rub some onto your stomach...just spray your skin and r7b in....I find this mixture is extremely helpful on busting up this energy

Just put my citrine in my stomach and it is feeling better already. Myself and my husband both have noticed it really kicks up when I'm around my dad. He's the one that suggested I go to the doc ...every time I spend time with him I get sick, he has some dark energy. He lives in another state. But he recently visited. That is not the only time it happens though. I will start a journal.....

Btw, it starts while we are at the restaurant when we eat out. Seems like it happens mostly in the evening.

Maybe sever your dad's energy cord out just to see if it's actually your dad....I kinda don't think so if the epis odes are happening on a regular routine....that for me is always been something out of place...if your gonna be sick  it usually varies....not consistently at 5 pm every day...lol...

I regularly burn sage and cedar...but haven't used it as a spray. I'll have to try that....how long should it steep?

You can steep it in warm or cold water.....the time well...the longer it steeps the better....wait about 5 minutes....the nice thing about this is that you can leave the herbs in the bottle and just refill when the water gets low....I wait till the herbs no longer turn the water a different  colour....then refresh everything....

I can relate, Cat Whisperer. I have a really sensitive stomach. I have not always been this way. I feel that I'm gluten, dairy, and sugar sensitive. I get an upset stomach and nausea easily when I eat the wrong foods and/or too much. I easily put on weight too. I'm already a vegetarian (became one through my spiritual awakening, because my stomach grew unable to digest meat well). In addition to being an empath, I'm highly sensitive...in all ways...including my physical body and systems.

It appears that you know yourself well and I would then, therefore, try to listen to your body as closely and as often as possible, in order to prevent your symptoms. Do that first, then if something persists, seek medical attention. I believe it IS your body telling you what it prefers. Our bodies are not trash cans. After so many years, we cannot continue to dump just anything in them and not expect a negative result. Think of your body signaling to you as a blessing for you to make a positive change for yourself :)

Ok, I got my ultrasound tests back....apparently I have gallstones and they want to operate. Not sure how I feel about the surgery...not a fan of doctors. Anesthesia is especially hard as it seems I am sensitive to it, apparently they have a hard time getting me to wake back up so I'm told. Has anyone else had to go through this procedure? I am controlling my symptoms with diet, so I'm told it could have bad affects if I don't have it fixed, but hey, if I eat the right food, no problem. Just a little anxious about this.

just gona throw this in here, even though only somewhat related at a tangent. My sister's stepmom had her gallbladder, pancreas, part stomach and part small intenstine removed, due to pancreatic cancer 6 years ago. Was a miracle she survived. She should be on quite a specific diet, like no more fats etc., but eats 'normal'. She found what helps her do this is drinking some blue berry juice every day, or eat some.

As for possible 'outside' energies causing physical symptoms - if you are not all already, you can pray for help, that all energies in the outside that disaffect you are regularly cleansed/ taken into Light too. Wherever they may be.

Love and Light!

Ok..well...I just looked up natural methods to remove gallstones...and quite a few things popped up...it all looks like diet...one said apple juice softens the stone....there's quite a few things you can try while your waiting for your surgury...maybe it'll pass before then....

Nurse in me went directly to your gallbladder.  I was going to ask you if you have pain beyond your stomach.  I always felt mine between my shoulder blades and in my chest.

Once you have gallstones they don't go away.  It's an easy procedure, I was in pre-op at 4, recovery by 9 and home by 10. With no complications you will have two tiny scars, one in your navel and the other on your upper abdomen.

The foods will continue to make you have stomach upset so watch your diet.  Better to get rid of the thing now than be like me and have a blockage because nurses tend to ignore their symptoms and work through the discomfort.

As far as the anesthesia, when they ask you about anesthesia in your past make sure you tell them you are sensitive to it and explain as in much detail as you can what effects it had on you.  The first time I was put under I woke up violent and punched the recovery nurse.

Just know that this won't be an immediate fix to your stomach issues.  I stayed close to bathrooms after meals for years after my surgery.  It does get better though and I have not had any pain since.  Just watch what you eat.

Good luck!

there is a lot on the internet about supposed liver cleanings, where those following it supposedly end up passing hundreds, if not thousands of stones. It sounds very impressive, but it does not make any sense, beyond placebo (plus I did study medicine for a few years, and in three years of pathology training we never ones found a patient with stones in their liver upon dissection. it is not some conspiracy of all doctors, like they want you to believe). It is something they eat, that in combination calcifies in the stomach (or some such), and comes out as pebbles the other end ;)

Which is not to say that as Karen2 says, that certain foods might not help in general.

I do like taking Milk Thistle. It is a great herbal antioxidant for the liver. And since the liver supposedly is the main organ to digest emotions (spiritually), I think it deserves some extra TLC. There is some rare contra-indications though for Milk Thistle (in combo with taking some Meds I think), so just double check, if you are taking anything else.

Love and Light!

Thank you all for the replies. I'm a little more at peace with it all this morning. I was reading that cider vinegar with lemon juice in water is good.

Connie, you mention having trouble after it was out for years...that's what I worry about. Now I can control the symptoms with diet...if I have this surgery and still have to watch my diet, then why do they insist that I have surgery? Just not a fan of unnecessary doctor visits....
