The past couple days, I feel like I've lost my mind. I've gone through feelings of depression, of being highly irritable, like my nerves are just shot. I recognize that there is no winning with me right now. I am being so negative lately, and I just feel completely "off" and have heavy brain fog. Nothing can make me happy right now. Have any of you been through this? I don't understand what's going on...

Sometimes this will happen to me and last for a couple of days. I have no clue why it happens, though sensory overload is probably a good guess. Usually, once I realize I'm doing it, I can start catching myself before I lash out and start putting a stop to it. Alone time helps me a lot also. I'll ask my boyfriend to go do something and give me a few hours alone in the apartment. I usually will use that time to take a long bath, followed by a meditation in which I focus on the good and beauty in life, and then end it with a nap in a warm room (I've been known to turn my space heater on in the dead of summer haha).

There is a massive energy download right now. its best to just let it flow over you like small waves at the beach. Enjoy it...

Thank you everyone :) it seems like it only lasted a few days. I haven't felt like that again. I do struggle with brain fog on and off, but I have struggled with that for years. I have been meditating more and that does help. I have had a lot of personal stuff going on for the past two years and a lot of soul searching, but I think I am on the upward end and have come so far. I do believe you were all right... Sensory overload, distractions, I think those things definitely affected me.Love and light to you all!

Could be the shorter days of sunlight also. Common for us Psychic's in the winter.

I see that you are in the U.S. It's the holiday season here. I always find my emotions going crazy around this time of year, no matter what's happening in my life. I think I'm just absorbing all the roller-coaster feelings from people around me. One common thing I've noticed is a lot of anger.

I just tell myself "It's just a little Christmas rage; it'll pass." Christmas is NOT the happiest time of year, probably because it's supposed to be.

By the way, I take a lot of B vitamins and fish oil. Very helpful in staying calm.

thanks Casey! Where would I buy a smudge stick? Will have to do some research on using it...I've never tried it, but I have heard of it before.

I definitely think the shorter days are part of it...It doesn't help when I sleep in and miss a few hours of it either. I miss my sunlight!
