I went through a phase where I would have very vivid dreams ever since I was a kid. I have always been able to remember my dreams. But for the last month or so I can"t remember them. I have tried so hard. I noticed it has been especially hard to remember my dreams when I listen to deep sleep meditation guides. I stopped listening to deep sleep meditations, but I am still having a hard time remember my dreams. Any advice on how to remember my dreams and maybe even start lucid dreaming? I have always felt dreams are a good way to reach your subconscious and spirit guides and it makes me sad that I can't analyze my dreams if I don't remember them?

Have you ever heard of Mugwort Tea? It works pretty well for me and taking vitamin B6 also seems to promote a dream state! You can get Mugwort either online or at many vitamin stores.
