Emotional flow

The other day I was sitting outside my sons practice waiting for him to come out and I got this sudden feeling of heartache. I was so sad and I just wanted to cry. When I left, the feeling left. I think thats the first time I noticed right away what was happening, so I grabbed a pen and wrote down my feelings. Sence then I've decided to keep a small journal in my purse, I'm hoping by doing so I can get a handle on the flow emotions.

This is a great idea! I have a dump journal where I just put everything in and each time i "dump" what's on my mind I feel so much lighter and the emotions fade away.

Good idea. It's still hard for me to separate my feelings from other, random ones floating around.
